SCROLL TO EXPLORE

Kunzi’s redesign emerged from the need to modernize the shop, integrate SAP and HubSpot, and evolve into a stronger digital ecosystem. A journey blending design, technology, and strategy to support long-term brand growth.

OVERVIEW

The Kunzi project required a deep transformation: full replatforming to Shopify Plus, integration with SAP and HubSpot, and a new B2B setup for Italian and German retailers.

The primary goal was twofold: drastically improve user experience and protect existing SEO rankings. Through an advanced UX/UI audit, we redesigned structures, flows, and interactions.

The result is a more solid, scalable ecosystem, fully aligned with the company’s commercial strategy and long-standing values.

Design

Functionality

INTRODUCTION

Kunzi’s redesign starts from a core principle: functionality and identity must coexist without losing coherence.

We created a clean, professional interface—clear to read, fast to navigate. The UX was rebuilt to guide retailers, end users, and partners through a simple, intuitive journey.

We defined a new visual hierarchy, enhanced category readability, optimized mobile flow, and created an aesthetic consistency that reflects the brand’s solidity.

A design that doesn’t aim to impress, but to perform. Clean lines, decisive choices, an aesthetic that respects Kunzi and speaks clearly to its professional network.

Technology

INTRODUCTION

Kunzi’s technology is built on Shopify Plus, but its soul lies in the custom developments surrounding it.

Every enhancement was engineered to integrate seamlessly with SAP, HubSpot, and the new international B2B framework. Tracking was rebuilt from scratch to ensure consistency and reliability.

The platform now handles complex workflows, custom architectures, and diversified sales dynamics while maintaining speed, stability, and full scalability.

Technology is truly solid when it becomes invisible—when it integrates, connects, anticipates. Kunzi’s ecosystem thrives on precision and technical decisions that unlock potential rather than create limits.

Performance

INTRODUCTION

For Kunzi, we managed the entire advertising ecosystem, building Meta and Google campaigns focused on sales and fully aligned with the site’s new flows.

Continuous optimization of audiences, creatives, and remarketing logic delivered steady growth, averaging +30% per year. ROAS consistently sits at 3.8, while bounce rate dropped by more than 70% compared to the previous shop.

A clear improvement — the result of a marketing system that is finally coherent, high-performing, and fully scalable.

The numbers confirm the direction: a strategy that works, more engaged users, and a sales system that now performs with consistency, stability, and measurable month-over-month growth.

System Integration

INTRODUCTION

Integrating Kunzi’s infrastructure meant connecting SAP as the central ERP, HubSpot for lead and relationship management, and the entire Shopify Plus ecosystem, including the new international B2B.

Every critical point was mapped, solved, and stabilized. The architecture now handles orders, stock availability, synchronizations, pricing rules, and complex sales flows.

A deep, structured effort enabling stable and precise operations.
