The challenge was clear: migrate Pier Abbigliamento to Shopify Plus without losing identity, performance, or the value accumulated over the years. A delicate transition executed with surgical precision to preserve traffic, sales, and brand recognition.

Pier Abbigliamento is a long-established project. Migrating to Shopify Plus required precision: preserving organic traffic, maintaining visual identity, and sustaining growing order volumes.
We handled every detail: error-free SEO migration, redesigned flows, improved information architecture, and an app ecosystem built for stability and conversions.
The result is a faster, clearer, more reliable platform, a natural evolution that respects the brand’s roots while moving it forward.



Design
Functionality
Pier’s redesign began with one principle: evolve without disrupting. We preserved the brand’s historical identity while refining its lines, hierarchies, and details.
Every element now supports intuitive navigation, clearer product presentation, and faster decision-making. The UX follows a linear, user-centric flow based on real browsing patterns.
The result is a clean yet distinctive visual environment, aligned with Pier’s DNA and fully sales-oriented.




We chose the essential: less noise, more identity. A design that doesn’t chase impact but precision—clean, readable, and built to help users choose and purchase effortlessly.


Technology
Shopify Plus is Pier’s new technological home: stable, fast, and scalable. The migration required precise work on redirects, SEO, categories, and variants to ensure operational continuity.
We built a lightweight yet strategic app ecosystem: tools to optimize internal search, improve merchandising, simplify promotions, and streamline the journey from catalog to checkout.
A lean infrastructure that supports rising order volumes with confidence and allows fast, safe evolutions.




Performance
Marketing was a core part of the project: optimized campaigns, surgical budget control, and creatives aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.
Klaviyo flows deliver the right message at the right moment, boosting conversions and repeat purchases. The entire advertising ecosystem was re-engineered for efficiency and profitability: today Pier maintains a stable, high, and sustainable ROAS.
Growth wasn’t just technical—it was strategic.

The results show the real impact of migration: more order, more fluidity, more sales. A system that now performs better, faster, and with significantly higher profitability.
