The Paris Group project is a masterclass in digital restructuring. A strategic migration from Magento to Shopify designed to consolidate the heritage of a brand founded in 1968, transforming a fragmented online presence into a cohesive, high-performance ecosystem capable of scaling sales by over 400%.
OVERVIEW
Paris Group faced a critical bottleneck: despite a long-standing market presence, their online channel was stagnant, plagued by technical debt and a weak visual identity. The challenge was to modernize a legacy business without losing its soul.
We executed a complete replatforming, moving from a rigid Magento infrastructure to a dynamic Shopify Plus setup. This wasn't just a technical fix; it was a brand renaissance.
We unified the visual language of their two main banners (Bandito Store and Paris Ricci) into a single, streamlined operational logic, aligning the digital experience with the premium quality of their physical boutiques.

Design
Functionality
The design challenge was "coherence amidst variety." With a diverse product mix and two distinct store identities to manage, the visual language needed to be flexible yet unmistakably premium.
The old site suffered from a lack of focus; our goal was to clean the slate. We introduced a design system that prioritizes clarity, using structure and negative space to elevate the product presentation from "catalog" to "editorial."

Our design approach focused on "experiential context." We moved away from sterile product shots to embrace lifestyle photography that tells a story. The UI is built to be invisible, allowing the high-quality imagery to guide the user journey. By harmonizing fonts, colors, and layout grids, we created a digital environment that feels curated and authoritative, restoring the brand’s status as a style icon.

Technology
The technological challenge was the migration and consolidation of data. Moving from a complex, bug-ridden Magento installation to Shopify required a precise data strategy to preserve customer history and SEO rankings.
The goal was to simplify the backend for the internal team while significantly boosting frontend performance. We needed a system that was robust enough to handle thousands of SKUs but agile enough to allow for rapid marketing changes.

Performance
Performance for Paris Group is built on a "clean data" foundation. We implemented a rigorous SEO strategy with Semrush to reclaim lost organic visibility and aggressive paid campaigns via Meta and Google Ads.
By fixing the tracking errors of the previous site, we unlocked the true potential of their data, allowing for precise audience targeting. Automation flows now recover abandoned carts and drive repeat purchases with personalized messaging.

The turnaround was immediate and explosive. By aligning a stable technical platform with a data-driven advertising strategy, we removed the "glass ceiling" on their growth.
The synergy between the new UX and optimized traffic acquisition channels resulted in a 420% increase in sales and a 7.8 ROAS.
It’s proof that when you remove technical barriers and clarify the brand message, performance follows naturally.

System Integration
INTRODUCTION
The operational heart of the project is the synchronization of a complex retail network. We integrated the new Shopify platform with Paris Group’s centralized ERP, ensuring that inventory across their seven physical points of sale is reflected accurately online in real-time.
This "omnichannel" view allows for efficient stock management, reducing the risk of sold-out scenarios and enabling a smoother logistics flow. The system now works for the brand, not against it, turning logistics from a headache into a competitive advantage.
Integration isn’t our process. It’s our instinct ▫ Integration isn’t our process. It’s our instinct ▫
