SCROLL TO EXPLORE

The Co&In project proves that B2B doesn't have to be boring. A sophisticated Shopify platform that seamlessly integrates complex commercial logic with an editorial aestheticelevating a leader in sustainable packaging into a modern digital powerhouse.

OVERVIEW

Co&In’s digital evolution started with a bold challenge: to reinvent the image of a company that has led the market since 1974. The goal was to dismantle the rigid barriers between corporate presentation and e-commerce functionality.

We engineered a unified platform that serves two distinct masters, a streamlined B2C interface and a robust B2B engine, all while refreshing the brand’s visual language to reflect its commitment to research and sustainability.

Design

Functionality

INTRODUCTION

The design challenge for Co&In was to inject personality into the packaging sector. We needed to move away from the sterile, catalog-heavy look typical of the industry and embrace a "design-first" philosophy.

The interface had to be intuitive enough for bulk ordering but visually engaging enough to tell the story of innovation behind every box and material.

Our design approach was "editorial industrial." We utilized high-impact photography and a clean, structured layout to give the products an almost architectural dignity. The visual narrative is punctuated by video content that blends descriptive clarity with an ironic tone, breaking the monotony of B2B and creating a memorable, human connection with the user.

Technology

INTRODUCTION

The technological hurdle was the "invisible complexity." Behind the clean frontend lay the need for a deep integration with Co&In’s legacy management software.

The system had to handle intricate pricing tiers, customer-specific catalogs, and distinct logic for B2B versus B2C users, all without compromising page load speeds or user experience.

We built a custom architecture on Shopify that acts as a bridge between flexibility and control. By developing bespoke middleware, we ensured real-time communication between the ERP and the storefront. This allows for complex order management and inventory synchronization to happen instantly, proving that a platform can be beautiful on the outside and mathematically precise on the inside.

Performance

INTRODUCTION

To drive growth across both channels, we deployed a diversified tech stack. Klaviyo handles segmented communication, delivering tailored messages to wholesale partners and retail clients.

Semrush and Google Ads form the backbone of our acquisition strategy, ensuring visibility for high-intent technical keywords.

Onsite, custom scripts optimize the path-to-inquiry, turning passive visitors into qualified leads.

Performance in the B2B space is measured by efficiency and retention. Our setup ensures that re-ordering is frictionless for professional clients, while the SEO strategy positions Co&In as the authority in sustainable packaging.

System Integration

INTRODUCTION

The core of the Co&In project is a relentless focus on synchronization. We achieved a complete restructuring of the digital workflow in just three months. The platform integrates directly with the company’s internal ERP, automating the flow of data for orders, stock levels, and customer registries.

This integration eliminates manual entry errors and frees up internal resources, creating a scalable infrastructure that supports the company’s expansion into new markets without operational friction.

Integration isn’t our process. It’s our instinct ▫ Integration isn’t our process. It’s our instinct ▫
