OVERVIEW
Lutz Morris represents the epitome of responsible luxury: handmade in Germany, sustainably sourced, and strictly anti-excess. The challenge was to scale this specific value proposition in a crowded, noisy fashion market.
The goal was to elevate digital revenue through a scientifically managed performance strategy. We focused on identifying and converting high-net-worth individuals who value transparency and craft, ensuring that every digital interaction reflected the brand's core values of quality and longevity.




Technology
The technological challenge was data accuracy in a high-ticket environment. To scale a luxury brand efficiently, the feedback loop between the Shopify store and advertising platforms must be flawless.
We conducted a deep audit of the existing setup to remove tracking discrepancies that were obscuring the true value of international traffic.




Performance
Performance for Lutz Morris relies on targeting the "conscious connoisseur." We deployed a sophisticated mix of Google Search for capturing specific intent and Meta Ads for visual discovery.
The strategy involved granular audience segmentation, focusing on lookalikes of high-value customers and interest-based targeting centered on art, design, and sustainability, rather than just generic fashion.

In the luxury sector, trust is the conversion driver. Our performance strategy balanced brand building with sales activation. By refining the message and targeting, we achieved a consistent increase in ROAS and year-over-year revenue growth.
We proved that conscious luxury scales best when data and emotion work in harmony, delivering a 18% increase in sales in the first few months and a robust 4.8 ROAS.
