Rombo wasn’t looking for a website—it needed a structure. Three brands, one B2B, and a single clear direction for growth.

SCROLL TO EXPLORE

Rombo Group’s challenge was complex: three separate e-commerce stores for Chips Eyewear, Saraghina, and 356, plus a dedicated B2B platform for retailers. An integrated ecosystem built to support sales, processes, and multi-layered growth.

OVERVIEW

Rombo Group manages three brands with distinct identities and audiences. The goal was to build a structure that elevated each brand individually while maintaining operational unity.

We developed three Shopify e-commerce stores, each with its own funnel, plus a B2B platform tailored for agents and retailers. Saraghina achieved a significant sales increase, while 356 and Chips launched strongly.

A project combining strategic direction, advanced technology, and commercial architecture.

Design

Functionality

INTRODUCTION

The design of the three e-commerce stores was conceived as a modular system: different identities, one coherent design logic.

Chips needed freshness and energy; Saraghina required a pop, distinctive aesthetic; 356 demanded a more technical style. We built shared components with brand-specific adaptations.

Each interface guides users through a simple, fast, brand-aligned journey. The B2B platform was designed to be immediate, readable, and fast for operational workflows.

Three brands, three languages, one method: clarity, rhythm, identity. Each interface expresses its brand while living inside a solid, scalable visual system.

Technology

INTRODUCTION

Rombo Group’s tech architecture runs on Shopify Plus, supported by an app ecosystem designed to accelerate operations, optimize sales, and enhance multi-store management.

Each platform was built to ensure speed, stability, and rapid scalability. The B2B system includes advanced order logic, differentiated catalogs, dynamic pricing, and agent management.

A lean, modular infrastructure fully customized to the group’s needs.

Technology is powerful when it simplifies: three stores, one B2B, a single ecosystem moving fast, fluid, and frictionless.

Performance

INTRODUCTION

For Rombo Group we managed all performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google, strategically distributing the budget across the three brands while also supporting the B2B platform with targeted initiatives.

The new eCommerce ecosystem improved the funnel, reduced friction, and increased traffic quality. Saraghina recorded a significant sales boost, while 356 and Chips achieved a strong and stable launch.

The combination of ADV activities, UX decisions, and technical structure generated continuous and measurable growth.

Numbers show real growth: more sales, more visibility, and a system that now supports the entire group consistently, scalably, and measurably.

System Integration

INTRODUCTION

For Rombo Group we built a custom Shopify infrastructure with three B2C stores and a B2B platform integrated with Zucchetti (ERP).

The architecture manages multiple catalogs, differentiated stock, retailer-specific price lists, and agent flows. Systems communicate in real time, ensuring updated orders, reliable sync and a consistent experience across B2B and B2C.

A complex integration now stable, scalable, and fully aligned with the group’s operational needs.

Integration isn’t our process. It’s our instinct ▫ Integration isn’t our process. It’s our instinct ▫
