AI - POWERED AUTOMATION
Pollini was born from Italian tradition, from a recognizable and timeless elegance. The challenge was to transform this heritage into a new classic aesthetic — modern and refined — capable of coexisting with a complex infrastructure: branched warehouses, custom logics, and a tailor-made Laravel ecosystem.
OVERVIEW
We built an architecture powered by Laravel and AWS infrastructure to ensure scalability and resilience.
The project’s engine integrates automation, AI and monitoring tools, enabling ongoing optimization and a more efficient purchase funnel. Every screen, every micro-interaction and every flow was crafted in Figma for a modular, high-performance design.
An ecosystem tailored to sell smarter, manage effortlessly and embody Pollini’s vision of contemporary luxury.

Design
Functionality
For Pollini, we developed a fully bespoke design: elegant, restrained, yet intentionally forward-looking.
A “new classic” aesthetic built on refined details and tailored around the brand’s audience. Every element enhances product value—the central card as a signature motif, a diversified product listing for multiple discovery paths, and strategic outfit placements across the site to inspire the user journey.
The result is a refined, functional interface that perfectly aligns with Pollini’s visual world.

Pollini moves through three identities: Heritage that preserves its origins, Archive that protects its icons, and the seasonal collection that pushes style forward. Three distinct lines, one unified vision of elegance and continuity.

Technology
Pollini’s digital ecosystem is fully built in Laravel, enabling every enhancement to be entirely custom — and equally demanding.
Every feature is crafted from scratch: from catalog architecture to advanced tracking, challenging to refine but now flawlessly aligned.
The result is a flexible, powerful, deeply complete platform that surpasses the constraints of many industry-standard solutions. A technological foundation that requires precision yet delivers true creative freedom and long-term scalability.

Performance
After the go-live, performance metrics reveal a clear shift. Average time on site has increased significantly, showing a more engaging and intuitive experience.
The average order value also rose, driven by a cleaner UX and a more contemporary purchase flow. Bounce rate dropped sharply compared to the previous platform — a direct confirmation that the new look & feel, more modern, more coherent, and more conversion-oriented, is resonating with users and supporting stronger commercial performance.

The data confirms what design and technology already suggested: a more effective experience, a stronger purchase flow, and users who now stay longer, explore deeper, and convert with greater ease.

System Integration
INTRODUCTION
The Pollini project required a complex integration layer capable of unifying multiple ecosystems under a single operational logic. We connected the custom OMS, the proprietary Laravel platform (FOOR), the Farfetch integration, and a fully bespoke omnichannel flow, including dropshipping.
Each system communicates in real time, managing availability, orders, synchronizations, and stock priorities. The result is a coordinated, precise, and reliable engine designed to support high volumes and ensure a seamless operational experience.
Integration isn’t our process. It’s our instinct ▫ Integration isn’t our process. It’s our instinct ▫
