The website https://madeinevolve.com (the Site) is operated by Made in Evolve S.r.l. (Made in Evolve or the Company), which provides the general information required by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Article 2250 of the Italian Civil Code:

Made in Evolve is a Shopify Plus eCommerce agency and system integrator founded in 2008, which also develops the SaaS platform Nucleo Platform. The Site is available in English (at the domain root) and in Italian (under /it).
These terms (the Terms) govern the consultation and use of the Site by anyone accessing it (the User). Browsing implies acceptance of the Terms in the version published at the time of consultation; anyone who does not intend to accept them is invited not to use the Site.
The Site has informational and promotional purposes: it presents the Company, its services, the projects carried out (the case studies), the articles in the Future Vision section and contact details. It does not allow the purchase of goods or services or the conclusion of distance contracts: Made in Evolve’s services are governed by separate contracts with each client, which prevail over these Terms.
The Site and its content — texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, layout, source code and software — are owned by Made in Evolve or by third parties that have licensed their use, and are protected by Law 633/1941 (the Italian Copyright Law) and Legislative Decree 30/2005 (Industrial Property Code). The signs “Made in Evolve”, “Evolve”, “Nucleo Platform” and “Atomo” identify the Company and its products.
Except as provided in section 3.3, it is prohibited to reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or otherwise use the Site’s content without the written authorisation of Made in Evolve.
The trademarks, logos and product images of the clients mentioned in the case studies belong to their respective owners. Made in Evolve uses them solely to describe truthfully the projects carried out for those clients, without this implying sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by the owners. The same applies to the trademarks of the platforms and partners mentioned (including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google and Semrush). Owners who consider a use to be incorrect may write to hello@madeinevolve.com.
Short excerpts of the Site’s content may be quoted for purposes of information, criticism, discussion or teaching, within the limits of Article 70 of the Italian Copyright Law, provided that the quotation credits the source “Made in Evolve”, links to the original page, is not used for purposes competing with the Company and does not alter its meaning. Sharing links to the Site’s pages is always permitted.
The case studies describe projects actually carried out by Made in Evolve for its clients. The performance data reported (for example changes in conversion rate, revenue or organic traffic) refer to specific projects, periods and market contexts and are provided for illustrative purposes, based on the information available at the time of publication. They do not constitute a guarantee, promise or forecast of similar results for other clients, whose outcomes depend on factors beyond the Company’s control (industry, product, budget, seasonality, competition).
The User may browse the Site, save individual pages for personal or internal non-commercial use, share links to them, use the forms and subscribe to the newsletter.

Made in Evolve may adopt technical and legal measures against such conduct, including reporting to the competent authorities.
Made in Evolve allows search engines and artificial intelligence systems to index the Site’s public pages and to quote their content in answers to users, provided that the quotation is attributed to Made in Evolve and accompanied by a link to the source page. For this purpose the Site publishes an llms.txt file, which describes its content, and a robots.txt file.
The conditions for automated access to the Site are expressed in machine-readable form in the robots.txt and llms.txt files, which Made in Evolve may update at any time, including to restrict or exclude specific crawlers and the use of content for training artificial intelligence models (Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and Article 70-quater of the Italian Copyright Law). In any event, it is not permitted to reproduce the Site’s content substantially within third-party services, or to present it as one’s own or without attribution. The Site provides a contact form, a newsletter subscription form and a form for personal data requests. The User warrants that the data entered are truthful, up to date and refer to themselves or to a party on whose behalf they are entitled to act. The forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 and record the IP address at the time of submission for security purposes. Requests submitted do not constitute acceptance of any engagement: every professional relationship is formed by a separate contract. Official communications may be sent to the PEC address or the registered office indicated in section 1.
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (partner platforms, social profiles, clients’ online stores). These sites are not operated by Made in Evolve, which does not control their content, terms of use or privacy policies and is not responsible for them. A link does not imply endorsement of the linked site.
Subscription to the newsletter takes place through the form in the Site footer, by providing an email address and preferred language, subject to consent. Every email contains an unsubscribe link allowing consent to be withdrawn at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of previous processing; unsubscription may also be requested by writing to privacy@madeinevolve.com. Details on the processing, including the tools used (Nucleo Brain and Klaviyo), are in the Privacy Policy.
The Site’s content is provided for informational purposes, as is, and without warranties of completeness, accuracy or currency. It does not constitute professional advice or a contractual offer. Made in Evolve does not warrant that the Site is free from errors or interruptions and may suspend or modify its operation at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, Made in Evolve is not liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, from reliance on its content or from access to linked third-party sites. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company’s liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code) or the rights mandatorily granted to the User by law, in particular as a consumer under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Italian Consumer Code).
The processing of Users’ personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (Italian Privacy Code). The use of cookies and how to accept or refuse them are described in the Cookie Policy (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code; Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021). Team members hold individual certifications issued by Shopify, Klaviyo Academy, Google Skillshop and Semrush Academy. These memberships and certifications are indicated for information purposes and are subject to the conditions and renewals of the respective programmes. They do not constitute certifications of conformity with technical standards (Made in Evolve is not ISO certified: its security processes are aligned with the principles of ISO/IEC 27001:2022), nor do they imply that the programme owners are responsible for the Company’s services. The related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Made in Evolve may amend these Terms at any time. The updated version is published on this page with the date of last update and applies from publication.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the Terms or to the use of the Site falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Modena. If the User is a consumer within the meaning of Article 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, the mandatory jurisdiction of the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile remains unaffected (Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code), and the mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of residence continue to apply.
