This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and other tracking tools used by the website https://madeinevolve.com (hereinafter, the Website), the purposes for which they are used and how the user can give, refuse or change their consent. It is provided pursuant to Article 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (the Italian Privacy Code), which implements Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), in accordance with the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) of 10 June 2021 and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It supplements the Website’s Privacy Policy, to which reference is made for any further information on the processing of personal data.
The Data Controller is Made in Evolve S.r.l., Via Rosalba Carriera 26, 41126 San Damaso, Modena (MO), Italy, Tax Code and VAT no. 03497200364. For any request concerning cookies and the processing of personal data you may write to privacy@madeinevolve.com.
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited send to the user’s device, where they are stored so as to be sent back to the same websites on the next visit. Tracking tools also include technologies other than cookies, such as pixels and scripts, which make it possible to recognise the device or to collect information on the user’s interaction with the pages.
Cookies are divided into first-party cookies, set by the operator of the Website, and third-party cookies, set by parties that provide services integrated into the Website. As regards their purpose, technical cookies are necessary for the operation of the Website and do not require consent; analytics cookies measure traffic and use of the Website; marketing cookies measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and propose content consistent with the user’s interests. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with the user’s consent.
On the first visit the Website displays a banner that allows the user to accept or reject non-essential cookies through buttons of equal prominence, or to choose by individual category. Until the user makes a choice, no analytics or marketing cookie is set and no tracking data is associated with the device.
The Website adopts Google Consent Mode v2. For users connecting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent signals are set to “denied” by default. In the absence of consent, Google tools do not set cookies and do not read identifiers: they may only transmit aggregated signals without persistent identifiers (cookieless mode), which do not allow the user to be recognised from one visit to the next.
The user’s choice is stored in the technical cookie mie_consent for 180 days, after which the banner is displayed again. The choice can be changed at any time as described in section 6.
These are essential for the operation of the Website and for storing the user’s consent choice. They do not require consent pursuant to Article 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code.

These services are described in the Privacy Policy.
