We operated as Merchant of Record, redesigning transactional flows, integrations and all the legal compliance aspects required to manage online sales across multiple European markets.
OVERVIEW
The project originated from the need to manage a complex transition across technology, operations and legal frameworks, while maintaining continuity in the brand’s e-commerce experience.
We coordinated the migration of the entire online sales system to the new operational structure, intervening on payment flows, integrations with existing systems and all the elements required to ensure compliance across the different European markets.
The result is a robust and reliable e-commerce infrastructure capable of supporting the brand’s growth in Europe while maintaining operational efficiency and system consistency.



Design
Functionality
The Dockers website was not originally developed by Made in Evolve. From this point forward our work will focus on continuous analysis and optimization of the user experience.
Through CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) activities we will analyze user behavior using tools such as heatmaps, navigation tracking and flow analysis to understand how users interact with the site.



These insights will guide a gradual process of design and experience improvements, aimed at progressively enhancing usability and conversion performance.


Technology
The technological ecosystem is based on four Shopify Plus instances, each dedicated to specific European markets but connected within a unified operational architecture.
During the project we maintained and expanded the existing app ecosystem, reintegrating the systems required to manage daily operations and ensuring continuity between the platform and external services.




Performance
We manage and develop the marketing strategy for a fashion brand with a strong focus on international consistency and cross-market communication.
Our work revolves around planning and executing multilingual promotional campaigns across four different countries, ensuring that messaging remains clear, consistent, and culturally relevant for each audience.
From defining seasonal promotions to adapting content across multiple digital channels, we make sure every campaign maintains the same visual identity and strategic direction while being tailored to local market dynamics.

This approach allows the brand to strengthen its international presence, optimize the performance of promotional activities, and deliver a cohesive yet flexible communication experience across different markets.
